FOOD BOOTHS FROM A to M Marked on Layout. Others available around the Fair. 
Request a specific booth. Price is $475 with or w/o electricity.
It is up to all food vendors to have proper licensing from City of Boulder. Food Trucks must be licensed with the City of Boulder. If you do not comply with the new regulations and are not allowed to vend there is no refunds given.

Set up:
Booths Friday afternoon 12-6 / Sat. morning 6am - 8am product only.
Policies below application must be read and agreed to by all participants

NO PARKING ON 13th STREET SAT. Farmers Market.
Parking Sunday & Monday is reserved for Customers Only.
Any cars parked on 13th street at 10:30am will be towed. Posted.
We reserve the parking those days for customers only.

IMPORTANT ANY CARS BLOCKING 13th ST. FOR ANY REASON MAY BE TOWED.
NO CARS IN PARK. THEY WILL BE TOWED.
NO DOUBLE PARKING THEY WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE WITHOUT WARNING.
IF YOU BLOCK TRAFFIC ON 13th St. WITH ANY EQUIPMENT INCLUDING TRAILERS,
YOU WILL BE TICKETED AND MAY BE TOWED WITHOUT WARNING. CITY ORDINANCE.
This has been a real issue with the downtown. Please respect this.

Overnight security provided.
But Not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise or equipment.

Boulder Art & JazzFest Info & Policies
It is the vendors responsibility to know these policies.

Directions:
From Denver take I25 to 36 West towards Boulder, Exit
Baseline go left a few blocks to Broadway veer right
onto Broadway in about a mile or two, go right on
Arapahoe, one block, then Left on 13th. You’re there for set up.

Check in will be in front of the Band Shell Near the Beer Garden.

Hours:
Sat. 8am-7pm, Sun. 11am-7pm, Mon. 11am-5pm
Take Down: Mon.5pm -8pm We will be able to bring cars on 13th street for take down.
Setup: Friday June 30th 12-6 Vendors will be assigned set up times. 
You may stay open later at your discretion.

SETUP: VENDORS WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR SET UP.
Times for set up between 12pm-6pm details will be sent.
But come no later then 4pm FOOD VENDORS SET UP WILL BE EARLIER 9am-12pm
Vendors not set up in time MAY be canceled without refund at At managements discretion.
13th Between Arapahoe & Canyon is available for drop off only.

IF YOU ARE NOT SET UP FRIDAY Sat. set up is 6am-8am no driving on 13th street. Cart in from parking lot.
BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP OPEN FOR BUSINESS BY 8am Sat. If not they may be removed.
NO CARS ALLOWED ON 13th Street SAT. MORNING. FARMERS MARKET CLOSES THE STREET!

Booths are marked. Look for our ushers in your area with a green vest.
Booths must be out of the main aisle ways. If not they 
will be moved.
PLEASE TAKE YOUR TRASH HOME WITH YOU.
NO DRIVING INTO THE PARK. VENDORS CAUGHT DRIVING IN PARK WILL BE TICKETED AND REMOVED FROM SHOW
WITHOUT REFUND. CITY ORDINANCE.
DON'T DRIVE ON THE SIDEWALK! OR ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE PARK. IT’S ILLEGAL!

Any Cars DOUBLE PARKED OR BLOCKING 13th ST. Will Be Ticketed & May Be Towed.

LOOK FOR OUR USHERS IN GREEN VESTS FOR DIRECTIONS.

PARKING: You must park offsite. Please do not use Farmers Market Parking. It will be blocked.

We want it open for our customers as well as theirs.
FREE PARKING SAT. & SUN.& Mon.  indoor lots. 15th & Pearl.
SOTA reserves the right to relocate booths as needed.

TAX RATE: 8.845
You need to have a City Business/Sales Tax License to be in the festival.
You can obtain one here for $25 and it is good for all Boulder Events.
You will send your City Tax directly to them.

Any chargebacks will be sent to collection. Credit Cards, Canceled Checks etc. Any money owed and not paid whether you’ve attended the event or not may be charged at a later date or sent to collection. A $50 service fee will be added to any bounced checks, chargebacks & canceled checks.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE LAYOUT TO ACCOMMODATE THE SHOW.

SECURITY:We will have security all night but leave valuables at your own risk.
State of the Arts is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken merchandise.

INSURANCE:
We have general liability insurance for the event.
We do not require vendors to carry insurance but that is your option
.

PARKING:
Unload then move your cars to parking.
All indoor parking is free Sat. & Sun.I will have list of other areas for free parking.Cars with trailers should park on the street a few blocks away where it’s free.You can park on 6th and Canyon across from the Justice Center for Free. 6 blocks away.Free indoor parking at 15th and Pearl Sat. & Sun.Go East on Canyon (Street N. of the Bandshell) turn N. on 15th.
Also on Spruce and 11th street one block N. of Pearl (3 blocks N. of the Bandshell), indoor for free Sat. & Sun.
PARKING FREE ALL WEEKEND! FRIDAY IS PAID PARKING EVERYWHERE.

Bathrooms:
We will provide portalets near the Beer Garden.If you need a booth sitter let us know as we walk by. 
Be prepared for inclement weather. Rain or High winds. Weights on your booth is advised

State of the Arts reserves the right to remove any vendor at any time during the show for rude behavior decided at SOTA's discretion and without refund. Be nice!

No Refunds. IF VENDOR PARTICIPATES IN THE EVENT IT IS AN AGREEMENT BY THE VENDOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF BOOTH GIVEN.
Meaning if you do the show and don’t like the space you were given that does not constitute a reason for any refund after the show is over.
State of the Arts reserves the right do to unforeseen circumstances to assign a different booth then vendor signed up for. Participation of the vendor is an agreement to the policies here. 
Partial Credit at the discretion of State of the Arts may be given for a future event, if you give notice 30 days before the event. After that no credit will be given.
